Architecture

Following the natural  terrain, the villa is built on
two levels. Essentially a one storey building, just two of the bedrooms and a bath are at the lower level, offering privacy within the house. Through the adaptation to the original topographical profile, the interior ambiances are connected with the garden through regular openings that fuses the exterior with the interior. This design assures permanent natural light, allows cross-ventilation and multiplies the control options of interior comfort,

Bedrooms    

The bedrooms are at two levels, (2/2):

Bedroom   1 with one queen bed

Bedroom   2 with one double bed

Bedroom   3 with one queen bed

Bedroom   4 with one queen bed

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Top designed Scavolini kitchen, fully equipped (hob, fridge, freezer,
microwave, dishwasher). Opens to pool area, veranda, BBQ place.

Living & Dining Room

Open plan lliving, dining, kitchen.  Opens to veranda with outdoor lounge next to the pool. TV and DVD.

Utility Room 

Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Exterior Facilities

Large overflow pool (8.5m x 4.5m in size, 1m to
1.80m deep), only used by the guests. Ionization system for maximum hygiene and less chlorine. The architectural type pool is right by the veranda and can be watched and directly accessed from the outdoor lounge, one bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen, veranda and BBQ area. Pool side shower with warm/cold water, naturally heated by the sun. Spacious sun terrace around pool area. Large covered verandas and patios, tables and couches to enjoy
mediterranean outdoor living in spring, summer and autumn. Outdoor masonry BBQ and bar next to the kitchen, great for parties and fun. With no  neigbors around, noise is never a problem. Premises: over 4 acres (15.000 sqm) of fenced property with fruit trees bearing olives, figs, oranges, lemons, apricots, plums, grapes, apples, dates, pomegranates, for our guests to enjoy, depending on time of the year.

Cleaning Service

Linen, blankets, towels and pool towels are supplied. The villa is cleaned at each changeover and each week. Optional additional cleaning and maid service. The pool is fully automated and needs maintenance normally twice a week.
